Sore Shins :(

For some reason when I was on the treadmill tonight my shins were burning (random)

It didn't matter if I walked or ran

Anyone got any ideas? And a way to cure it?

    Sounds like shin splints. Did you stretch before? It helps me if I stretch out my calves before running.
