Me, too! I am eating how I normally have been and tracking. This way I can see where I can make changes. I can't make drastic changes. That NEVER works for me. Here's to our success! I have to lose at least 50 lbs.

You have a lot of convenience foods which have a lot of carbs/sugar. Your body may do better with whole foods, rather than pre-packaged items. I'm the same way. You want to eat because you are literally STARVING yourself. The lowest you should ever go is 1200 calories and that is too low. You can get rid of your appetite by EATING!!!

I do so well during the week and the weekends I eat like I've never seen food before. I have found that I've put on 3 lbs over the past few months just by doing that!!! It goes on quickly.....
