I stay at home with my 18 month little guy...also fighting the battle of the baby bulge! Feel free to friend me : )

Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea. I used it when I was pregnant. I liked it because as you progress throughout your pregnancy it gives you different modifications. Unfortunately, it is more like stretching than a workout but I still loved it.

Right I get that...what it the 1 unit? 1 breasts? 1 what?

Yeah I am going to get one...guessing has been good so far but I would like to know. Just weird that no one knows what it means...why would they put it in there?
-
So sorry you are going through such a difficult time. I would definately get a second and maybe even a third opinion! This is probably far off base anyways because I don't know your symptoms but you should try drinking Raspberry Leaf Tea.

I would log it as Aerobics. I think give or take it will be pretty accurate.

Our neighbors once complained at an apartment we lived in because our dog was barking when we left...she only did for about a week because she was weirded out from the move and even then it was for like the initial 10 minutes after we left. We got a call that if it continued they would evict our dog! So try your neighbors…

What an accomplishment! You look amazing : )

Thats where the obsessive part comes in  I know I shouldn't but seeing that number go down is just so alluring. Although I might be able to just weigh myself once a day now that I know every scale does this.

It is a Taylor scale from Target actually. Not the glass base kind though...it was the cheaper one.

http://www.incredibleegg.org/recipes-and-more/recipes/basic-hardboiled-eggs This works great. Make sure its a rapid boil before you cover or add an extra minute on the time. Sometimes I find a tiny amount of yellow that isn't cooked through to my liking. Best boiled eggs ever though and no gray!

I heard this a long time ago and I try and stick by this.

I count tea towards it but I always get over 8 even with my 2 glasses.

Congratulations! Thats awesome : )

To get to a healthy BMI (7 lb loss) and to be able to jog 15 minutes out of 30 on the treadmill (just started doing 10).

Its hard to give advice without getting specifics from seeing your diary, knowing your exercise routine and your height/weight/etc. That being said, your trainer doesn't know 100% whats best for you. You need to do what works for you. Keep playing with the numbers until you are losing about 1-2 lbs a weeks, which is a…

Are you a nurse? You could include RN in the title. I like MaidCare: Personalized care in your home.

You look amazing! What an accomplishment! Nice work!

Wow! What a difference! Congrats on the hard work : ) Just for reference...how tall are you?

Thanks for the replies! Kind of disappointed, although to be honest I wasn't too excited about the pita anyways. Guess I will have to think of something else.

My friend has been using it in her cooking for about a year and she has tightened the loose skin from a pregnancy 9 years ago! She has always been skinny but she didn't gain weight. She convinced me to use it instead of Mederma/Bio-oil (which didn't work anyways) on my stretch marks and it works! I also use it on my face…

Not necessarily discriminated against...its just in the nature of the math. Never thought of it that way though! I better get into healthy eating habits before I get to old ; )

Thanks for all the great responses! A lot of what was suggested/said really helped put it into perspective : )

I have 38DD and I wear a Champion sports bra. I think its model 6209 but could be wrong : ( It has underwire and a clasp in the back. It made it possible for me to actually exercise. For a while I was more like a 38DDD and it still worked!

@mathjulz: Great weight loss! I can't imagine doing cardio for 1-2 hours a day. Guess I need to work on that : ) @rseitz101: I missed that somewhere. Good to know. @spngebobmyhero and lauraemthomson: Okay so I was right, although you are probably just as hungry as I am with 1200 calories lol. No 1400 calories isn't a lot…

@yanicka: I definately agree! Thats where a lot of ED mentality stems from. They eat a crazy low amount of calories and then when they are finished "dieting" they gain weight abnormally with lower calorie amounts causing them to think they have to continue eating a low amount and undernourishing at the same time. I guess…
