I did a bootcamp last year. I hate running. But we had to run 1/4 of a mile each morning for the first week.. then 2/4 of a mile the second.. the 3/4 the third and so on and so on. I can NOT BELIEVE how much I did it.. without stopping.. and actually enjoyed it!! Now I have slacked off and I intend to use the same concept.…

I am on C1D3. I had a breakfast meeting and my choices were limited...I cheated with pork today and my body is feeling it. Otherwise I am moving on... its hard to cook differently for the kids then for myself.. I did the chicken parmesan for them based of the 17 day diet and the kids hated it. I dont wear makeup on the machines... but I am known to read a good book while I am on there. Or watch my favorite show. Anything to help me get through that incline of 15 for and hour. So thankful I go to an all womens gym too.

I too feel that I am allergic to gluten. I have joint pain, bloat and weight gain now that I have introduced wheat to my diet. Strange. So I went off for a week and I felt wonderful! I am going to look into it some more. Thanks for sharing.

How often does your family get together? I am from Bermuda and hubby fam from Guyana and he is Jamaican so naturally when we get together there is a great big delicious fattening feast. I just take One a Day.. a generic brand. I also currently take fish oil and calcium supplements. And I do ground flaxseed daily.

Your body shape probably has changed. I have noticed my clothes are not fitting the same when I just gained weight but I wore the same clothes when I weighed more last year. I think I now have the middle age spread and I know my butt got bigger (which is not necessarily a bad thing). But I am frustrated taht I am nowhere…

I agree....However right now I am doing a 9 day detox. Part of fat smash. I am eating a lot but good foods... grains, fruits and vegetables. I have loads of energy...so much so that I have been spinning and Zumba my butt off!! Hope I can really get most of my butt off...
