I had no idea I had Celiac Disease until one day I read the symptoms and realized yes, indeed I did have it. I couldn't get my stomach to go down no matter how much I tried. I would diet and diet yet still had the horrible bloating. Well, once I went off all bread and gluten, my bloating went away and I feel 100% better. A lot of people have Celiac or are just sensitive to wheat and don't even know it. Try not eating gluten for a whole week and see how you feel. Still not sure? Check out this website for the symptoms. Hope this helps!

I too feel that I am allergic to gluten. I have joint pain, bloat and weight gain now that I have introduced wheat to my diet. Strange. So I went off for a week and I felt wonderful! I am going to look into it some more. Thanks for sharing.0
