i have this great scale that tells me i'm 7.1% bone. that makes me feel better somehow. but more to the point, my scale said my bmi is 27.22 this weekend! that means i'm normal!!!!!

day 1 wasn't so good for working out, but i did get 70 oz of water. pretty proud of that! i didn't do my workout this morning, but i'm going to do it when i get home (i'm saying this so i'm accountable for it later!). i'm in a take no prisoners mode today... that goes for work, weight, working out and life in general!

Go for it! i started p90x, then had to stop b/c i broke my foot. this time around, i'm staring with p90, but in 3 months, i'm going back to p90x. it's an awesome workout. just make sure you have plenty of water!

having recently gotten married, here's my advice. don't do a detox. do what you've been doing. exercise, eat right and take care of yourself. planning a wedding is wonderful and amazing, but it's also very stressful. and you will probably drop weight right before the big day. congratulations!

i tried p90x as a beginner. it's really hard and it takes 1 - 1.5 hours a day. day one of p90x had me doing pull ups and push ups for the entire workout. i didn't even last 30 days. i've since started p90 and really like it. it's 30-40 minutes, including warm up, cool down, stretching and water breaks. i'd recommend p90…
