  • Thats the only thing ive done positive is kicking *kitten* at the gym. My whole.body HURTS and I've been trying to get back into beast mode, which is hard for me because i had to see my weight lifting ability drastically go down in just a couple of weeks:/
  • Little bits of food adds up! Even coffee creamer adds up, most is 35 a cal for a tablespoon and a tablespoon really isnt a lot, so its little bits like that, that can really mess up your diet. They say stick to hot sauce and mustard for condiments i stead of mayo or dressing

  • I think thats a great goal! I fixate on the scale too much, which is one of my many flaws. I wpuld love to be in the 150s by the end of this 12 week period...even if its 159.9 haha.   • I had my gallbladder taken out about 3 years ago, and i now have IBS, and almost everyone i know that doesnt have a gallbladder has ibs symptoms. I also get hung over super easy now. I still eat icecream or red meat....some things are just worth a little discomfort haha
