33 years old here. Looking to lose about 10 pounds.1

I am 35. Married & ready to start a family.
I was extremely active and fit in my 20s. Maybe excessively so.
I felt my body starting to break down, right after I turned 30.
Getting fit in my 30s means more walking, more yoga, longer warm up and cool down, slower build up to running.
It means that if I skipped a workout, I wouldn't be able to fit dinner into my daily calorie allowance.3 -

Hi! I'm 30 yrs old. I'm 5'3, a size 8 and i weight 182 as of yesterday. My heaviest recorded weight was 278, and i HAD gotten down to 165, but life and old habits crept in and i gained 17 lbs back. I workout 3-5 times a week (more on the 5 side) and have been lifting weights since 2016.
I have been a member of mfp for 7 years, with little successes of 20 or 30 lbs, always gaining it, plus more, back. Then I joined a gym in December 2014, and would sporadically go, but I had made a babystep forward. Then in 2016, my new years resolution was of course "to lose weight", but something clicked and i actually did! I lost 80lbs that year, and have semi kept it off since.
A little info: I'm a full blown food addict. I think and obsess over food all day, and have to tell myself "no" to food at LEAST 10 times a day. I like to eat until my belly is stuffed full and i LOVE junk food. I have been morbidly obese my whole life!(now I'm just regular obese haha). It's truly a daily struggle for me to stay on track, but some days I win and lose, and some days are just a loss. I have 30-35 more lbs to get to my ultimate goal weight, and im hoping to do that this year!
Im looking for people who update and log regularly, since my list has greatly diminished over the years. I delete people who don't log in more than a month or who are "friend collectors" and have not updated anything on their profile for over 3 months.

Just turned 33 in December, feel free to add me. I've been on MFP and had a fitbit to track stuff, I'm just awful at doing it. I get bored and stop tracking things.
But I have an end goal now! I'm going to start training so that in a little over a year I can compete in the amateur class at the local highland games. I gotta be accountable and log things!

Turning 30 on the 9th and I've decided my theme for my thirties is 'living my best life', which for me means dropping 30lbs and getting fit! I'm kicking off my 30th with a 5k park run with my boyfriend - first time I've done one in years and I'm not a regular runner so this could be painful.0

36 and I can't find any time to prep healthy food and exercise. My little guy sleeps through the entire night about 10% of the time. How do people have energy to make healthy lifestyle choices?0
