I did get a 30 min run in, focused on my form, which was becoming sloppy! Tomorrow a 60 min run and/or BBL Bum Bum & Sculpt.

Just saw this (1.29.13) since I seldom get on a computer when I'm not at work. But ironically I did do some push ups last night, but it wasn't any where near 25. It was more like 8, that's the most I can do the traditional way. Didn't do any on my knees. My workout was BBL Bum Bum & Tummy Tuck! OUCH!

A minimum of six 45 minute workouts this week. Now are we suppose to do 10 sit ups, in addition to whatever sit ups may already be part of our workout program?

Tess it sounds like you're headed in the right direction! We all have to remember to make ourselves a priority. If we don't take care of ourselves who will and who will be around to take care of those we love if we're not. Keep your head up we'll get through his together!

I completed day 4 of Brazil Butt Lift. Will do my 2nd round of Insanity when I complete BBL to get ready for a couple races coming up.

P.S. I did join MFP in July, but never set up my account or added any info until last week. Now I'm kind of liking seeing how many calories I'm consuming and earning!

Hello! I'm 49 (well next month), a week into MFP. Have lost 50 via various programs and have about 40 more to go! I'd love to support, encourage/motivate and be supported and encouraged/motivated! :smile:
