Milena! Bet you can't say it right lol

Only if you go vigorously so your heart rate goes up and you burn calories. I've seen so many people that go to the same pool as me only waste time and space there.
-
Ok I did day 1 level 1 just now! Phew .. a lot of jumping jacks LOL. How many calories have I burnt then? It was about half an hour in total so I'm estimating 300?!?! Any thoughts?

Thank you!

I found a 1.5 hour long video with level 1, 2 and 3 of this 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels and 2 other girls. I'd like to start it tomorrow and commit to it for the next 30 days along with filling out the food diary religiously. How do you do it? 10 days level one followed by 10 days of level 2 and then 10 days level 3…

Who'd have thought the OP can actually use a computer/phone LOL.

I love the following and don't find them strange at all but husband always says I'm bonkers when I eat them :) watermelon and feta cheese any crumbly cheese and jam on pancake peanut butter and honey on toast and what I don't get is his lemon juice and sugar on pancake or vinegar on chips LOL

Of course it's combined! My husband is useless with money LOL We have a joint bank account where our incomes go in and all the expenses are paid and there is a savings account attached to it where all the rest of the money goes. Mind you it will be nearly empty now because we are exchanging contracts on another property…

I'm not sure what advice to give you but can tell you what happened to a couple of my friends. They were a couple, early 30's married for about 5 years, both at about 100kg. The guy is really happy being 100kg, he's very muscly, into his strength training at home and diet consisting mostly of meat and potatoes. The girl…

Here in England in most places you just need to wave or not even that the water flushes automatically. I can always get some paper to press the button with, but it's pointless as I'll wash my hands in the next minute anyway! What bugs me is people don't even flush sometimes or leave wee all over the place. I always squat…

Clear spirit with diet mixer or red wine!

The old info was the eggs are high in cholesterol, especially the yolk and that's why my mom shared the same opinion. I recently saw a program on BBC where somebody ate 4 eggs every day for 2 weeks, had their cholesterol levels checked before and after and there was no significant change! So food high in cholesterol don't…

You can play with the settings and track carbs and sugar separately! I'm doing something similar since 1st Jan with 1 cheat day per week. I lost 3 pounds last week but then I have 50 to loose. Feel free to add me and nose in my dairy :)
-
Oh I so agree with you but then I'd try anything that easy :)
-
... and me! But then I love myself. I know I have to loose weight to be healthy but sometimes I look in the mirror, wiggle my tummy and think it will be sad to see it go. Then other times I think I have to be a few sizes smaller so dresses fit nicely :) I certainly look better naked than with clothes on hahaha

I live in England and prepaid 340 pounds for a year. They usually charge 34 per month if you pay by direct debit. Been a member for 5 months now. The main gym is quite small, free weights, 3 treadmills, 2 x trainers, 3 bikes, 1 rowing and 1 step machine. There are 2 multi gym machines too, a bench and a couple of Swiss…

I live in Bristol! Looking to add friends on the "4 hour body" diet :)
-
That's good news :) Have you tried it then?
-
I went on holiday for a week and had cake every day! Surprisingly I gained less than a kilo! I will start logging again from 1st Jan and try the 4 hour body rapid fat loss slow carb diet.

I guess not :)

Thanks a lot! Yes I know dried fruit isn't a very good choice. I buy 200gr (£2) of fresh blueberries coming from south america usually almost every week. Not the cheapest of fruit. Apples and grapefruit are the other 2 fruit that are always in my kitchen. I've seen some blackberries growing wild by the roads in my…

Thanks for all replies. Maybe I will try and eat 1 fruit in 4 days rather than 2. There will be a problem with keeping it though. It goes all brown and manky once it's cut and I hate throwing food or buying it prepared and boxed (too expensive and probably contains preservatives)

Weight watchers do nice wholemeal pitta breads at 100cal per pitta. Nimble do small size loaf at 45 cal per slice. Any small 400gr loaf will set you at 60-70cal per slice :) I tend to buy warburtons or wheatfield bakery :)
