This might or might not be true. You can see what a 100 calorie drop would do for you in a month. However, are you weighing everything? Accurate calorie count? Over estimating the amount of calories that you are burning?

Muz, There are plenty of people on this site that started at that weight or higher. Do what feels good for you. Consult your DR if needed.If you hurt scale back from what you are doing. If no hurting, go for it.

There is a correlation on run times and weight. Typical Army PT test, when I am 5 to 10 lbs lighter than what I currently I am, consistently run a minute to a minute and half faster.

One: quit stressing you are within a normal weight range for your hieght. Two: Might not be eating enough three: are you measuring correctly the right amount of calories for the food that you are eating. overestimating and underestimating are common mistakes.
