  • You look amazing. Did you start MFP eating 1200 calories? How many hours a week did you exercise? Did you eat any processed foods like frozen meals and snacks? Did you eat out that much? I started at 225 and I am now down to 193. I would love to get down to 145-150. I am 5'5". Your story is such an inspiration.
