okay I did the best I could with the trays that were offered. Everything was small, like finger food. I have only been doing this a few days. But I have found that pre logging before I eat a meal helps me determine if I need to adjust what I'm eating.

Yes, I will get it figured out anyway....just thought someone whose been doing this longer might know or understand it...I know that every ones numbers are going to be different based on age and weight. I can just watch my sodium and sugars. Will be good...:happy:
