I make Overnight Oats a lot. This is my base: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 packet of stevia. I just did Week 2, day 1 last night. I started on Sunday because I usually don't work out on Friday's. But so far I love it! Stronglifts 5x5 - but I use dumbbells for now. Tabata training - I downloaded the timer on my phone. it is about 20/25 minutes workout but will kick you butt. just google it for different workouts to use. also, when I had a personal trainer she had me on 25 grams of sugar a day. it worked for me. give it a try....

Try Tabata training! great hard workouts and usually done in 20/25 minutes. I downloaded a tabata timer on my phone and then Googled different workouts to do. Also YouTube is great for videos so you don't have to go out and buy them. I do love Biggest Loser Yoga video, one of the best out there, imo. I also downloaded…
