  • Keep up the good work! I've been keto for 3 months (well not exactly, I took a two-weeks break because of Easter) and down 22 lbs. Still 34lbs to go before I reach my goal and only 13.8lbs before I reach my pre-pregnancy weight. My son is 16 months old and I couldn't shed off the weight before I went keto, even with…
  • Wish I could like! Big noses, big eyebrows, big lips = wow.
  • The smell of sweat mixed with the smell of deodorant. Makes me go crazy.
  • Facial hair (on men, of course :P ) and tattoos. Preferably both.
  • I lift on the morning as well and it's always before eating anything. I heard it's better for fat lost, as well as fasted cardio, but that's not why I lift fasted. It's because I get really nauseous if I workout with a full stomach :P
  • :)
  • Abs are made in the kitchen, mostly. Clean diet, lifting weights and a little cardio will get you abs. But please, don't make 200 crunches a day, it doesn't help much.
  • Montreal represent! :)
  • I heard green tea helps for skin elasticity, but don't quote me on that one lol.
  • Fabulous week! Resisting pizza and dessert is quite an accomplishment, you can be proud of yourself! :D
  • There is indeed a lot of informations, but since they really are contradictory I don't know which advice to follow. Diet, no diet, cheat days, no cheat days... Cardio, no cardio, high reps or not, 3-5-7 times a week... I find myself being really confuse about all of that.
  • For now I'm taking Bodypump classes 2 times a week plus a session of weight training + 15 mins of cardio at the end.
  • I saw 2 personnal trainers at my gym and they were just asking me what I wanted to do... I replied that I wanted to lose some pounds of FAT and get toned and they were like "Ok... how you wanna do that?" Me: Exercising and eating clean...? Them: What kind of exercices and diet? Me: I DON'T KNOW DUDE, YOU TELL ME, YOU'RE…
  • The Bodypump instructor at my gym as a Les Mills certification so it must not be soooo different from one to another... I guess lol. Anyway, I'm doing Bodypump 2 times/week and I loooove it! I'm also doing my usual gym routine 2 times a week also and it's incredible how fast the results shows!
  • For those who are doing it at home, how many times a week do you pump?
  • Thanks for posting the recipe, I didn't know what to eat for dinner!
  • My mother think I suffer from anorexia because I lost weight, even though I explained her how I managed to do so. She is not supportive at all lol. I think she should focus on something else, like my brother who still lives with her, weight 280 lbs for 5'10 at 19 years old and has cholesterol problems since he is 12...
  • I mostly don't. Not sure if it's a good thing to do, though...
  • I asked the same question to one of my gym's trainer and he said it was endurance/cardio. If you want to increase your strenght, I'd suggest you to add weight lifting to your weekly routine.
  • I only go 3 times/week at the gym ;) And I rest for at least 24h between every session, or if I do some workout it's only cardio.
  • I tried your cardio tip today and I can already say that I feel a difference. I feel stretched and satisfied haha. I will, thanks! :)
  • I went work out after all. I eased it a little bit the lifting and did more cardio and I feel much more better today. Soreness is almost gone, I'll be good for tomorrow's workout :)
  • Anyway, thank you all for your answers. I'll go work out but I won't push myself too hard and I'll take a long walk after... and probably a hot bath as well.
  • I took off from this class (bodypump) for 3 weeks or so, but I was still working out at the gym. For the pain, I don't think I'm injured, only really sore lol. I stretched correctly after and walked for 15 mins (I just walked back home) and did a warm-up before the class to make sure it wouldn't happen but apparantly it…
  • I work out 2 times a week now, I will increase it to 3 times in September.
  • I was under the impression that, because I wasn't feeling hungry, I didn't had to eat more. In fact, I was afraid that if I was eating more than my body was asking, I'd gain weight instead of losing. But hey, apparantly I'm wrong. I'll try to eat more and I will see if it's working!
  • Thank you all for your answers! :) And yes, I'm very near the goal I fixed myself at the beginning of my weight loss (6 pounds to go!), so I'm losing weight really really slowly and it's alright this way, but I really want to achieve it. I have troubles eating the 1500 cals that MFP is telling me to eat, I'm just not that…
