    Are you working your sames muscles every day? If so, in my opinion and that of my trainer, you're working your muscles too hard.
    if you're doing the gym every day, I'd do upper body + cardio and then lower body + cardio, but never full body every day. Muscles need rest and not over worked!

    I only go 3 times/week at the gym ;) And I rest for at least 24h between every session, or if I do some workout it's only cardio.
