I agree. I will say now that I'm 3 months out, I feel amazing. My energy is great. But I'm very careful to get my min. amounts of water and protein. I strive to be above them everyday. If I'm low on either of them I feel it. I also stay very active and that helps me. Exercising is so much fun once you loss some weight and…

I use theworldaccordingtoeggface.com for alot of my recipes. I still do 2 shakes a day. One is normally protein shake in the morning, then a fruit smoothie at night that I add unflavored protein too. For the smoothie, I use frozen fruit, greek plain yogurt and a scoop of protein powder. I also add a little water just to…

I'm 3 weeks out and still have major constipation problems. I use Miralax 1x a day, but it's not helping much. I'm gonna have to start something else. I can't take it anymore. I also only have a BM every couple of days. This has been very hard on me.

This is what I was told too. I find it difficult also, as I am very thirsty after eating. But I think I'm just still getting use to this.

You have done an amazing job. I am so proud of you. You used this tool and worked your buns off and have done amazing. Enjoy everything you worked so hard to do. Congratulations!

Welcome, I had my surgery on 2/18 so I'm still very new at this though. I will say I ordered a sampler box through snythax, it includes some sweets and nectars. So far they have been amazing. I was using just unjury, it was okay. But this brand have been great. I don't know if maybe you would want to order the sampler box…

I think I got just got worried. I just want to do this right. Thanks everyone. Gonna weigh in once a week for now.
-
thank you for your answer. I was stressed even though I know I should not be weighing each day. I'm just so excited to watch the scale drop more and more.

It works. I was not able to run my first 5k in 30 mins. But I did do it in 40.12 mins and I was very pleased with that. When I did it I weighed 250 lbs, so you can do it. Trust me, once you do you will be hooked too! Have fun and enjoy the process.

thanks for all the support everyone .I really appreciate it. I'm so excited about the future. I got a nice long walk in today. I did better on fluids and protein. Still working on it for today.

hey everyone. things went good as far as the surgery its self. I had a really bad time with being put under and was very sick from then on till about yesterday. I came home on Weds. night. That has been helpful. Otherwise, I had no pain from the surgery at all. I did not use the pain meds at the hospital or home. If it was…

I agree with others, do what works for you. Just make sure you are drinking though. You need to get in your liquids. It gets easier, I'm on day 6 of mine.

Thank you, luckily I started exercising regularly over a year ago. I'm just following my regular workout schedule. Wishing these headaches would stop. I had cut out sodas and high sugar foods a while ago. I guess I'm still detoxing out though.

Thanks everyone. Things are going okay with the liquids so far. Popsicles rock, that's the high for the day. LOL Today was hard, have had major headaches most of the day. But I heard that's normal.
