Congratulations. We shared a very important day today. I posted the results of my doctor's appt. today also. It is listed under my Topics as "Gaterbear." I am high-fiving you from Pensacola.

Thanks to each of you for you support and encouragement. I encourage everyone to stay with the program even during those nasty plateaus. Just went through one that lasted about 3 weeks and all of a sudden the weight has started dropping again. Let any plateau be only a speed bump, not a detour. Best wishes to you all.

The stretching never really helped me, but my doctor also stressed wearing good shoes. I have to confess that I have not been able to give up going barefooted (inside) but I am trying to be better with wearing shoes. Guess it is a curse to living in FL.

I was diagnosed with that condition a few years ago. Only treatment that worked for me were injections into the bottom of the foot by my Podiatrist. (not a fun thing, but it worked). I just had my 3rd Corneal Transplant. Thank goodness for medical science and for donors.

No problem. I live in Pensacola, FL which is not far from the Tabasco home plant over in LA. I had a friend who lived there and on a trip to visit him he took me to the Tabasco factory. The picture was taken in their reception area before the tour of the plant.

My advice is to STOP watching that show. I don't know about anyone else, but I think the show sets a horrible goal (pattern) for ordinary folks.
