It can def be done. I know someone who lost a lot of weight on a water-fast. He fasted for faith-reasons. I don't recommend it for weight-loss, though. It brutalizes your metabolism, and it has other health risks as well. Short answer: yes - can be done. Definitely not your wisest choice, though. :) Good luck! :)

Ok. :( My problem isn't that I need help "filling up" or "suppressing cravings." I was looking for something to boost my metabolism WITHOUT any chemicals that would make my heart race. I have chronic anxiety and a history of high resting heart rate. **Is** there anything that truly targets belly fat? I *am* eating "right"…

A friend of mine has lost 20 lb in 2 weeks on it. I've got a wedding coming up in 24 days. I have been exercising daily and eating right patiently for the last 2 months, and lost 3 lb. So... yea. I'm considering it. lol I wanted to lose 30 lb for the wedding... so that's 27 to go.

Let's be friends, please. :) I feel like your story and mine are so similar. Except that I'm still working on the weight-loss. How long did it take you to get the 40 lb down? and how did you do it?

Seriously please help me.

(I work for an insurance company) Congratulations!!! When can you come in for your appointment? When you do, we can discuss my product AND yours! .... dead air...…

omg... Sizzle... you've got 92 at the end of your name... are you 20 years old?... No wonder you're so self-important. You're a kid. Awww... I'm sorry I was mean to you, Princess. Hopefully when you venture out into the real world, people will act like they actually care about your insignificant opinion.

I'm confused. What point do you think you've made?....

:-) Thank you

Dear Sizzle: I posted this topic for the express reason I stated: I was looking for suggestions on how to best motivate him. I never asked anyone for their opinion on me as a person or my desire to motivate him towards a lifestyle of fitness and improved health. So my disdain for the opinions of posters, like yourself, is…
