Up a pound this week. Not surprised, but was still hoping to at least maintain. Ah well- heading out for a long walk to clear the mind and burn the calories. =)

120 done for the day! Honestly I'm really not seeing any visual changes, but I have so much weight to lose yet that I'm sure the changes are just hidden by many layers of fat. My strength/endurance has definitely improved though! When I first started I could only do maybe 30-35 squats before exhaustion- now I'm up to 120!

Here in Pennsylvania, I and everyone I know say breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My grandparents from Iowa always said breakfast, dinner, and supper, which was so confusing!

Did my 65. Was feeling proud of myself, but now I sort of feel like a failure for not doing the more advanced version. I thought the point of this was to keep adding more each day- that seems like enough of a challenge to me. Maybe I'm just in even worse shape than everyone else.

Did my 50, but not with weights. Adding 5 squats each day is challenge enough for me at this point!

So *technically* I did this a day late because I forgot yesterday. =( HOWEVER, it was the first thing I thought of when I woke up at 5 am this morning and I did my 45 immediately. I plan to do my 50 this afternoon/evening.

I learned that people who lack CCR5, a cell surface protein and a primary coreceptor used by HIV to infect cells, are highly resistant to HIV. Fun fact gleaned from studying for tomorrow's clinical medicine exam. =)
