amm114- sorry for your loss. jadelynn- what is the herbalife all about? i have had 9 glasses of water on Saturday,Sunday, and Monday. Exercise: 30 minutes a day doing leslie Sansone's dvd's.

Well today I am finally feeling better. i am going to start the Leslie Sansone dvd's again. That is really the only thing I camn do with my knee pain. Hope everyone will have a nice long weekend.

GOOD MORNING TEAM FIT!!!!!!!!!!!! water intake for Thursady: 9 glasses Weigh IN: I LOST 3 lbs. I am so excited to lose that amount since I was sick. How did everyone else do this week?

Sorry I haven't been on. I have been sick since Saturday. So I haven't been able to exercise but able to drink water. Saturday: 8 glasses Sunday: 8 glasses Monday: 10 glasses Tuesday: 12 glasses Wednesday: 10 glasses Will check in later for today's water intake. Hope everyone is feeling great and doing great.

Workout: 30 minutes water: 4 glasses so far. I am getting the cold right now so I am not doing good on the fat smash diet. This diet might not be for me.

It is the diet from the show Celebrity fit club. It has 3 phases. The 1st phase is a detox stage which lasts 9 days. It consists of eating vegetables and fruits and water.

I like to get my big workout done in the morning and then after work I do a mile walk.
