I was thinking about getting one. I was just wondering if anyone had one and if it really works.

    I have one...and yes it really works...I have not dropped any weight, but I have only been faithfully using it for 2 weeks, and my favorite jeans are too big! I love mine!!! The best part is you only need about 5 mins a day. That was the selling point for me.

    i really wanted to get one, i watched the whole infomercial about it like twice. but i heard that it hurts your knees after a while. is this true?

    They give you little inserts that are for your knees, but I prefer not to use them.

    I have one but I can't find it on the exercise tap how do I record it as an exercise?
