Hello all! I just finished my first class of the day and managed to drink 2 cups of water during the lecture. Success Starting on my 3rd as we speak!!
I've been trying to catch up on updating the spreadsheet as I've been sick and wasn't up to doing it! Everyone is doing amazing!! Just remember to report your TOTAL min/glasses at the end of the day or catch up when you can! Maybe write WEDNESDAY TOTAL: on whatever post you are putting it on, so that I know that's the total for the day and don't get confused with a previous post! I will be totaling it up on Friday after the weighin's so again, if you want it sent, you have to let me know!! I think it will be great for everyone to see their progress on paper and also to see how amazing everyone else on our team is doing!

Hi all,
I did bad yesterday I ate my normal amount and didn't get to work out because it was storming and I havn't joined the gym yet (I like to run outside). I am being strong today though. I teach at a high school and for chaperoning the homecoming dance student council is offering to buy us dominos oven roasted sandwiches. I checked 817 calories! They don't have saleds either, I turned it down even though people keep pressuring me! Running tonight 30 minutes and I have 20 oz in so far.
Oh and I moved last weekend and can't find where I packed my scale... weight in might be a suprise this weekend if I can find it!0 -

Today 40 min walk. got home ate b-fast.. Showered.. Then weighed myself, just to see.. And 186!! WAH!! Hopped off, and hopped back on.. 186.. BOOYAH! :laugh:
So all in all that's 40 mins.. and I swear I will drink my water today.. I'll do whatever you guys want me to do! I'm on cloud nine right now and I can't wait to feel the 185.. 184... 183... 182... 181.. :noway:0 -
Well, Tuesday wasn't so good for me. No exercise, and I went over my calories by about 500-600. But, I did get in 10 glasses of water. Doing much better today though!!

Tuesday I ended up with a total of 16 glasses of water
Wednesday - I did 35 min of exercise and I am working on my 10th glass of water. I was just bad - my husband called to have lunch together so I walked over to his office (we both work at a college) and then after we ate how lunch (which we had brought from home) he ask if I want ice cream. I can't turn down ice cream. So we walked to the student union and got some dibs ice cream. We shared one serving so the calories were 170 and I did not go over on my calories as long as I don't eat anything but the planned dinner tonight. AHHHH he knows how to get me to indulge.
Sarah - Mucinex works and I also like to steam to get some of the crud out. I have to syran wrap my vents in the bathroom then set the water to high hot. I let it get steamy then jump in and stay in as long as I can stand it. then I turn off the water and stay in until all of the steam goes away. When I am really bad I do this twice a day. It helps me.

Okay, I see some of you talking about doing the "30 Day Shred", so I'm bidding for a DVD on Ebay. I want to do more than elliptical AND I want to start seeing results!
kholmes - Great idea on the steam!
Sarah - You could cover the vents, steam it up and enjoy a good book for a few minutes.

Wednesday I had 10 cups of water and 35 minutes of exercise. AND - I left 200 calories on the table (to make up for yesterday)!!!
I've heard (can't remember where) that our body's metabolism and calorie burning is kind of like a rolling average over about 3 days. So if you go over for a day or two, and then make up for it the next day - you should continue to lose weight. Have any of you ever heard this? I don't know if it's true, and I definitely don't test it, but on the rare occasions that I can make up for bad days, I like to think it's true. Even if it's false hope...it's motivation! :laugh:0 -
Well, I didn't get in my exercise today, but did drink my 8 cups of water today, and did okay with my calories (went a little bit over :ohwell: ) It is going to be a change for me for a while as I just started working at home. I'm excited about working at home, but I don't know when I'll get a chance to work out for a while until I get used to my schedule. I will just try to stay within my calories and drink all of my water.

Good Morning Team!!! It's such a dreary day outside, but I'm not going to let that ruin my attitude! I dropped another pound yesterday! So I'm finally almost back to where I was before I got sick! WOO!
I'll be happy to be down a total of 3 pounds by tomorrow. (1 lb to go). Hopefully my next weeks will be more successful since I won't be sick anymore.
Get my hair done today. That all perks me up! And my roommate and I are going to buy a fish..LOL! Spruse up our college apartment a little bit. Anyone know an easy kind of fish to take care of? I've been told that Beta's are easy??

Good morning! It is HOT & STEAMY in Houston this morning...ugh! I hope the weather man is right and we get that cool front in Sunday. I'm ready for cool weather!!!
jadelynn - Betas are super easy fish. Just feed them once a day and don't put any other fish in the tank/bowl with them. We had one for over 2 years.

amm114 - don't know what you have as low cal for your count but I have an apple and 2 tbs peanut butter and it really fills me up. Depending on what your PB type is this can be low calorie. I also like to munch on veggies but depending on what I have for lunch this does not necessarily hold me over. If you add a slice of cheese to the veggies they do hold me up longer. I am boring with my snacks - sorry

amm114 How about 1/2 diced apple w/ 1/2 cup yogurt, you can add a few walnuts on top and freezes for a few minutes. Some times, I crunch a Nature Valley Granola bar with- Yummy!!
Another 1/2 cup refried beans, 2 TBS salsa and 1 broken taco shell you can add, lettuce tomato, onion a bit of cheese or sour cream, depending on your calorie allowance.0 -
Sorry I haven't been on. I have been sick since Saturday. So I haven't been able to exercise but able to drink water.
Saturday: 8 glasses
Sunday: 8 glasses
Monday: 10 glasses
Tuesday: 12 glasses
Wednesday: 10 glasses

Well, I didn't work out at all again today, but I did drink all my 8 cups of water. Still getting used to a work schedule at home. Hopefully I will work out again next week (the weekends are my days off).

good morning team!!! TGIF!!!! :laugh: I haven't weighed myself yet, i always do that on Sunday, but I got in all 8 glases of water monday through yesterday. and i will get in 8 glassed today as well. i love water so its easy to get 8 glasses. Also i exercised for 60 mins monday tuesday and thursday and 20 mins on wednesday. i'm going to hopefully get in 40 mins today. i have a funeral to attend later so that might put a damper on the rest of my exercise. we will see though. good job everyone for losing weight! i hope my scale does me good on Sunday!! :laugh: :flowerforyou: Have a fantastic Friday everyone!0
