HI EVERYONE! im starting up a team for the people who want to be on a team but a lot of the teams are so far into their weeks its hard to jump in... well we are going to have weekly challenges and weekly weigh ins and im looking for people who are dedicated to losing weight and to helping others lose weight... so please post your starting weight! and welcome to the team!

    Welcome all to the team!
    im making an excel sheet for all ur starting weights...
    this weeks challenge is to work out for an hour 4 days this week...
    if more then great...
    im not just talking about going to the gym but maybe like walking in a supermarket or store.

    Haha, I mowed the lawn yesterday, can that count? :tongue: It's been raining for about 2 weeks here, so the grass was as tall as my 70 lb dogs, it was ridiculous!

    i made the spreadsheet buuuttt i dont know how to post it...
    so ill figure that out...
    ill probably just copy and paste it...

    and of course moving the lawn counts!
    thats a giant work out...
    i only worked out for 30 minutes because i didnt have music...
    im ultra ADD soo i couldnt...
    o well tomorrow is another day...
    but i work graveyard and i get off at 6... so imma force myself to go to the gym in the morning..

    right now im having a hard time trying to figure out meals that i can eat...
    and since i work in a truck so im trying to find meals that dont need heat or anything...
    today i bought a salad kit and a fruit salad...
    but i wonder how long that will hold up...

    Are we supposed to be logging our exercise on this thread? I didn't workout yesterday because I sorta have an itchy problem (TMI) right now. Not for sure if I'm gonna workout today either. I want to but I don't wanna make the prob. worse. Still keeping my calories in the 1200-1300 range.

    I usually take a sandwhich to work and have a fruit cup as a snack. If you have time in during the day, I also know a recipe for a Sweet-N-Spicey Chicken Wrap that you can prepare during the day and wrap up to take to work with you. I also have a recipe for a BBQ chicken pizza, that you can cook as dinner and take left overs to work. Can you tell I'm a chicken fan? :tongue:

    about to go out to dinner (it's going to be a bad one) so DH and baby and I will do a two mile walk afterward then I'll go to the gym and ramp it up a bit and get a little bit harder of a workout in..

    How are y'all doing today?!?!

    I bought some wood and I'm doing a project... I'll post a picture when I'm finished so I can brag!! lol.

    I am heading to the gym now to do an hour workout! :) Well 50% will be cardio, 50% strength training. :wink:

    but i did a 1 hour cardio kickboxing class followed by a 30 min abs class.

    i think i might be a bit sore tomorrow...

    Ok, I didn't get to do anything last night. Well, more like I chose not to. We were asleep by 8:30. So, I'll work out today.
