yesterday last day off this week for exerzise and 4 glasses of water again
well not much else to say i am gonna go do my workout for today while i am bored before i dont do it

No exercise :noway:
Will hit the gym around 5:00AM tomorrow. I'm ready to expand my workouts to include circuit training until I get the 30 Day Shred DVD (hopefully next week sometime).

i just wanted to say that i am happy to be in a group it is really keeping me motivated to do my exersize
thank you to everyone:flowerforyou: hopefully this week i will lhave lost something since its the only week i have actually kept to my goals for exersize that would make me so happy

I drank 9 glasses of water and got in 65 mins of exercise.
Going for the same today! I'm not as sore from level 2 of the 30 day shred so I'm hoping to be able to do good with it tonight. i mean, ive been doing it but my back was in pain so i couldnt ben down without bending my knees. so, i hope i can change that today. i feel better so *fingers crossed*!!!:glasses: :drinker: :drinker: :laugh:

I'm back from my trip, and I think I did okay. Not great, but just okay. I stayed at this awesome hotel that had awesome food...it was impossible to resist! I had two nice long workouts, and I drank a TON of water. But I know I went over my calories. This week will be a good week if I just don't gain any weight - definitely not expecting to lose any. :grumble: We shall see. Today I am going to work out really hard, drink lots of water, and eat really well in hopes for a good weigh-in tomorrow morning!0 -

Question: How much protein should I be consuming per day?
I have been really watching the calories and I'm noticing that I am sleepy through the day, no energy, etc. Could this be from a lack of protein?0 -

good morning team!! hope everyone is ready for FRIDAY!!! WOOOHOO!! I got in 65 mins of exercise yesterday and I drank 9 glasses of water. Hoping for the same today.
I know I've been kind of bad this week...... we have an espresso machine and I cant help it! but I make an iced espresso drink every day!! yesterday I had 2!!! OMG!!!! I need to stop or I'm not going to lose any weight! I know it! I'm addicted though and it sucks! lol. god its soo good!!:grumble:

Weigh in today:
Lost 1 lb - woo hoo! I'm only 5 lbs away from where I left off before I stopped working out and started eating bad again! I'm not repeating history though, I'm determined this time - I'm losing the weight!
Goals this weekend: Drink all my water & Eat healthy SATURDAY: Toning class SUN: Off day

Friday - so far 32 min workout

guys i am so bumbed i gained 3 pounds too it sucks i have been in my routine but maybe since this is my first week actually keeping up with my routine but i dotn understand what do i do0

hey i drank 3 cups of water today :drinker:
i just started to add a strength training routine to my routine sunnday, teusday, and thursday. i do it and then i also do 30 min of cardio 5 times a week. that way i can melt away the fat and start sculpting my muscles so that when the fat is off the muslces will be there and will be looking good lol :happy: .
i have heard everyone talking about strength training but i never really thought about it but i am really kicking my but into gear:laugh:

just wanted to say i am back down to 165 now i am not gonna wiegh myslef until friday after i get 5 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training hopefully i can knock it down to 162 at leastlol:laugh:0

Sunday: Off day 2 water (didn't do too good with water!)
This week's goal:
Make every count with exercise AND drink all my water! I'm adding circuit training into my workout three days a week starting today!
Got my "30 Day Shred" dvd in the mail but had such a busy weekend that I haven't even opened the box! LOL...

Hope everyone is ready for this week. We have two weeks until October ends.
My goal this week is to work extra hard on all of my workouts and get prepared for next week which will be tough calorie wise with my birthday and my parents and grandfather coming in for a visit.0
