good morning team!! hope everyone is ready for FRIDAY!!! WOOOHOO!! I got in 65 mins of exercise yesterday and I drank 9 glasses of water. Hoping for the same today.
I know I've been kind of bad this week...... we have an espresso machine and I cant help it! but I make an iced espresso drink every day!! yesterday I had 2!!! OMG!!!! I need to stop or I'm not going to lose any weight! I know it! I'm addicted though and it sucks! lol. god its soo good!!:grumble:

Thursday: 8 water - - no exercise (I wasn't feeling well)
Weigh in today:
Lost 1 lb - woo hoo! I'm only 5 lbs away from where I left off before I stopped working out and started eating bad again! I'm not repeating history though, I'm determined this time - I'm losing the weight!
Goals this weekend: Drink all my water & Eat healthy SATURDAY: Toning class SUN: Off day

Sorry I was MIA yesterday - son had shot day
Wednesday - 13 glasses water, 55 min workout
Thursday - 9 glasses water, 0 workout
Friday - so far 32 min workout
Weighin 135 (looks like I am off the plateau) :happy:

Thursday total: 45 mins exercise, 5 glasses of water.
Friday total: 45 mins exercise, 4 glasses of water. Weigh-in: 150 lbs (which means I lost another pound)!

guys i am so bumbed i gained 3 pounds too it sucks i have been in my routine but maybe since this is my first week actually keeping up with my routine but i dotn understand what do i do0

hey i drank 3 cups of water today :drinker:
i just started to add a strength training routine to my routine sunnday, teusday, and thursday. i do it and then i also do 30 min of cardio 5 times a week. that way i can melt away the fat and start sculpting my muscles so that when the fat is off the muslces will be there and will be looking good lol :happy: .
i have heard everyone talking about strength training but i never really thought about it but i am really kicking my but into gear:laugh:

just wanted to say i am back down to 165 now i am not gonna wiegh myslef until friday after i get 5 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training hopefully i can knock it down to 162 at leastlol:laugh:0

Sunday: Off day 2 water (didn't do too good with water!)
This week's goal:
Make every count with exercise AND drink all my water! I'm adding circuit training into my workout three days a week starting today!
Got my "30 Day Shred" dvd in the mail but had such a busy weekend that I haven't even opened the box! LOL...

Hope everyone is ready for this week. We have two weeks until October ends.
My goal this week is to work extra hard on all of my workouts and get prepared for next week which will be tough calorie wise with my birthday and my parents and grandfather coming in for a visit.0
