Its not fruity (Fruits tend NOT to have caffeine in them - its the leaves which have the caffiene) but green tea. Its light and refreshing although it does take a while to get used to if your not a green tea drinker. Its the same kinda watery light refreshing feeling though tbh.

My toast has to be VERY toasty but cold. So I will almost burn the toast, scrape off the black bits and then put it in the freezer to chill before i put any toppings on it. I make toasy sandwitiches the same way, the bread is never warm..... All gherkins/pickles MUST be sliced very thinly. usually 15 slices a pickle... :)

sometimes the darker varieties have MORE sugar to compensate for the bitterness.

To be honest, I myself go through stages of using MFP and would be a little concerned if there were people who COULDNT function without MFP. Its something which a majority of people use for 3-5 months and then neglect and then eventually come back to....... Whats the worst thing that will happen with a few extra friends…

Yes this is probably the case, i stil have a slight bump on my tummy, i.e its not completely flat but ive always been told you cant lose from specific places...its a case of reducing your overall weight rather than "getting rid of bingo wings or a pouch" Mayby this is wrong? i dont know

oh my god, this perfectly explains why people plateau....(myself included) im quite naturally slim but not SUPER slim....Im trying to get super slim as opposed to just slim but my body doesn't want to....! this explains EVERYTHING!

Amen. For me, gum is one of those foods/habits ive just never gotten into, I just find it a little pointless tbh plus i hate mint so ive never seen the appeal, when i found out it contained so many harmful chemicals , well as causing stomach ulcers if you chew it too much (build up of stomach acid) i was horrified. thanks…

I drink green and the calories do vary from 0 - 2 but honestly the difference is negligible....theres really no need to fret over it deary.

literally in the same boat here. I have siblings who ask for snacks (belvita breakfast biscuits are my weakness) so when my mom comes back with the shopping its full of unhealthy stuff and i end up crumbling and having a packet a day..... its just a vicious cycle.....urgh...so frustrating. Bumping for later!

this thread has given me so many LOLs, i litrally look like a crazy person sitting in my uni library stifling laughter i tried those bloody banana oat cookies and they were awful, even my dad who eats EVERYTHING was like.....wtf is this!

I think its because people are usually less active after 6/7pm, hence the argument for the big breakfasts and consuming most of your calories early as opposed to in the evening - doesnt make sense to me personally but thats the logic.

i am in litrally the same boat, in 20 and ive got about 5kg (about 10 pounds) to go before i reach my ideal weight although an extra 5 would be nice, i was told to stop at 55! which i think is sensible... i update my diary every single day and try to eat clean....
