I do Chalean Extreme, nearly done with first month of 90 day program and love it you do 3 days heavy lifting, two days cardio and two days rest.

Day 8 level 3 can feel a real difference on my clothes although the scale not moving so much. Have lost 3 inches o far around my waist and the rest a inch or a bit more.

Did level 2 day 8 today. First day I did all the strength with my heavier weights! Dont feel to stiff or sore at all dont know about tomorrow getting there slowly but surely.

Day 5 Level 2! Just think of it half way there....People starting to see something is happening. Although my scale not moving.

Started with level 2 day 1. Was so scared of doing it but wow what a rush! Really enjoyed it and was though but my own strength surprised me! Don't know how sore ill be tomorrow but its all worth it. :happy:

Just finished day 6 of level 1 30DS. Not as tired anymore and not sore. My scale not moving but lost 4 cm around my waist! So thrilled!!

Did level 1 day 4 today and start feeling stronger getting there slowly not as sore anymore.

Hi I did my 30D shred day 1 today and was scared I wont make it and to my surprise I did it!! Was sweating like mad and now about four hours after the soreness is setting in. I hope it will not be to bad tomorrow. Just need to press through.
