Thanks to all the replies for and against it. I ate about 700 calories of fruit yesterday, and my meal replacement shakes for two meals. I did stay under my allowance. And I felt healthier for doing the fruit day. I have no plans to do it long term, it was just for the day.

Ooooh I can't wait to get my fave perfume. Getting another tattoo tomorrow though :D Very excited :D :D I have plans... lol. I'm definitely doing enough walking nowadays, I just need to stick to my allowance :/

Losing weight slowly is much better than doing it stupidly, and losing weight too fast. We are doing this the sensible way :D Slow and steady :D At least that way, the skin shrinks back slower and so (fingers crossed) no unsightly saggy parts and surgery!! Mwah!!!
