Fruit day
I have had two days of being over, So I have decided to 'detox' for the day. I've read they are myths and don't work, but I just need a boost I suppose. I'm having two glasses of lemon water today, two cups of green tea (ewwww), water, a meal replacement shake for breakfast and tea. And fruit for the rest of the day :D

how do you log 30 ds into mfp?
Obviously in cardio, but what within cardio? There should be 30 ds already in the system :( Thank you

Are you supposed to eat back the calories you earn or not? I'm confused :/

I was wondering at what weight you tried 30 day shred, as I am going to try it when I reach 220 lbs. Is this wise? I attempted it a few months ago, and only lasted 8 minutes!

sugar sweats?
I've been good food wise for several days, I've had no sugary sweets. For a treat today I decided to get some, which resulted in sweat! lots of it! Followed shortly after with diarrhea. I've decided not to have the sweets again. I wondered is this a common thing to happen? Thanxx

28 lbs later...
When I began losing weight I thought there would be huge changes that I would notice, and others. But 2 stone down, and I can hardly tell, let alone others :( Feeling really disheartened.

How has your day been?
How is everyone? Had a good day? Had a brilliant day? For me, it was a good day, I stayed within my allowance, drank my water, had my fruit, but using my pedometer I've realized I do very little walking throughout my day, under 4,000 ! At least it gives me a starting point, and the only way is up :)
