30ds

I was wondering at what weight you tried 30 day shred, as I am going to try it when I reach 220 lbs. Is this wise? I attempted it a few months ago, and only lasted 8 minutes!

    If you are new to exercise then just build it up gradually over time. So if you manage 8 minutes the first time, shoot for 9 or 10 minutes the next time. Cardio endurance can improve relatively quickly so keep going and do a little more each time.
