  • my goal is to lose 85lbs this year but ultimately I need to lose 100lbs. So I understand.
  • I would love to be a size 10....I haven't seen that in a while. I'm 33. My little one will be 2 on 4/25. I have sooooo much weight to lose. I gained more weight with this pregnancy than my others and I had my smallest baby!!! I'll add you guys.
  • well...my little one will be two on 4/25 and I'm still carrying around this mommy weight (plus more)!!!!! But, I'm going to get rid of it this year. I did MFP when my second child was 2 (about 4 1/2 yrs ago) and I lost 70 lbs. Hoping to lose 100 lbs....omg....I just got anxiety saying that out loud. I started this…
  • I also have a goal to lose 85lbs. Hoping to do it by the end of the year. That's the goal I made for myself. I'll add you guys
  • single mom of three here!! I lost about 70lbs about 4 1/2 years ago using MFP. Now, I have a 1 year old and I've gained soooooo much that it's ridiculous. I've been consistently doing MFP since Feb. Hoping to stay dedicated and get this weight off.
  • I guess because with each pregnancy were older...and "they" say the older you get the harder it is to come off. Also, each pregnancy was harder for me. I think my body is telling me to STOP having kids. LOL.
  • I'm in Atlanta. Mom of 3. I'll add you
  • I'm in the process of adding you guys as friends....I lost 70lbs with MFP a couple years ago without any friends but I have to admit it is more encouraging when you have a lot of friends telling you "good job" when you do something simple like losing 1 lb
  • I'm 5'4 and 274. I had a baby 16 weeks ago. I was 325 when I gave birth. This is the biggest I've ever been during and after a pregnancy. I'll add you as a friend. Oh...I'm trying to get to 170. So I also need to lose a whole person. You're not alone. I would agree to get a food scale...it's changed my life. LOL And try to…
  • I don't think I read your post...I just saw post partum and hopped aboard. I had a 3 c sections. This last one was horrible. Anyway....my doctor told me at 4 weeks that I could do light aerobics and walking but nothing strenuous. I would say if your feeling up to it (but a week after a c section I know you're not up to it)…
  • It gets harder everytime.......wait until baby #3!!!! LOL
  • I managed to workout for 30 mins this morning after I dropped the two older kids off at school but I also got to work late!!!! I gotta get a solid exercise routine. When I lost 70 lbs a couple years ago my youngest was 2/3 and I would take him to the gym's daycare but I'm not comfortable taking the baby. You would think…
  • morning.....I managed to get in a 30 minute workout this morning after I dropped the kids off at school. Hoping I can somehow manage to workout at night. But, with work (that I bring home some nights), a 16 week old, a 5 year old, and a 9 year old its hard for me to find time after work to workout even doing an exercise…
  • I signed up for daily burn today. The first 30 days are free. And they seem to have a huge variety of workouts so I'm going to try one tonight and then try one in the morning. But the morning workout probably won't happen. I try to get all the sleep I can get before my day gets started. Lol
  • I'm going to add all you ladies so be looking out for my request
  • hey girls....I'm 5'4 1/2 (lol) and 274lbs. I used this app in the past but I got serious from 8/2013-4/2014 and went from 271 to 198. But since then I've been pregnant twice. I just had my third baby 16 weeks ago and I feel HUGE. Just trying to make it to 175. I could use all support and motivation I can get!!!!
  • I used this app and lost about 70 lbs before and I'm hoping I can do it again, but this time around I'm still trying to get in a good routine AND I have a more demanding job. Last time I was on this weight loss journey I had a simple customer service job so I never had to bring work home with me. Nowadays, I'm checking…
  • Hey obsessed....This is the first time I battled baby blues and post partum depression...I can relate to you. This is my 3rd baby and everything was difficult....the pregnancy, the delivery, the recovery!!!
  • Hey guys....looking for support buddies. I had my stinky butt 16 weeks ago. I have about 25 lbs to go to get my pre pregnancy weight. But, that'll just put me at 250. So, after I hit my first goal I'll have about 75 more pound to lose. huh......
  • i'm 16 weeks post partum and looking for support as well. This is my third baby and it's hard to eat right when I'm having to fix meals for a 9 and 5 year old!!!!
  • WoW!! I'm the biggest one :embarassed: I'm 5'4 1/2...I was 270 but i'm currently at 221. My goal weight is more than a lot of you guys which is 170. I weighed 170 before and loved the way I looked. I don't want to be super skinny I would like a little meat on my bones but i don't want to be fat. I eat a lot of fish,…
  • Congrats on 1 year! I've been doing MFP seriously since August 2013. I started to lose my fire then I found a dance workout video that I really enjoy doing. I'm dancing and sweating and burning calories. I love to dance so it doesn't feel like EXERCISE. (UGH I HATE THAT WORD..LOL) I think trying something new will rekindle…
  • since the group got started I'm down 3 lbs starting weight 270.4 weight when group started 233 current weight: 230
  • I don't do cheat days......someone made a comment about a month ago in one of the message boards that a cheat day for a person struggling with weight loss is like telling an alcoholic that they've been doing so good with their sobriety that they can have a drink as a reward. I LOVE food and a cheat day is not something I…
  • YOU LOOK GREAT!!! I started using MFP seriously on 8/6/2013 with a starting weight of 270.4. I can't wait to shed this weight and put my before/after pics up like you
  • I got serious abt my weight loss on 8/6/13 and since then I've lost 37lbs
  • i see a difference in the cheeks and chin
  • I think everyone had great ideas. I def agree with the crockpot idea. I'm a single mom of 2 and the crockpot is great for me. Also, if you have to eat out you can still do it by getting healthy things. Believe me I go to Mcdonald's and Wendy's and Subway (the kids love their happy meal's) and I eat the food too..it's just…
