I wanted to reply to the post I quoted..Agree 100 %. Thank you for sharing your story. I praise you for all your efforts! Congrats! Makes me sad with all of these comments. We just need to respect others for their decision. No judging of others. No disrespecting of their choice to help themselves. If we fail, we fail.…

We have to remember that with ANY modification for ANY medical diagnosis, there are always possible risks, set-backs, relapses, etc...Not one person is the same in ANY way shape or form. I agree that a person has to work hard at whatever diagnosis they have. Diabetes, heart disease and even alcoholism...You fell, you get…

The warm soaks help. I plan on jumping in the hot tub at night, so I think that will help. Went in the pool today and it really did help my muscles as well. Much better today! Thank you all for the advice! It really helps

How do you like the 30 day shred? I almost bought yesterday at WalMart. Is it only 20 minutes? I don't want to go over 30 minutes a day. Body rev is 30 minutes which is a good time frame for me.

I used to work out in the mornings and felt fine. I was lazy today, so I decided to do this evening. I am going to try again in the morning. I just hope this subsides..I hate this feeling...

WOW! Such a motivator! I have had 2 c-sections, and several abdominal surgeries. Stretch marks all over! Not sure if I can get ride of that panni area flab, but sure gonna try like heck to tone what I can! I had gastric bypass in 2006. Flabby abdomen, yet I lost 101 lbs. I was 260 and 5'10. Now I am 175. Gained 15 lbs…

I am a 39 year old high school nurse. Just graduated in May with my BSN ( finally after 5 years part-time!). I have been a nurse since the age 20. I had gastric bypass in 2006. Gained about 15 back. Now I am trying to lower my calories and have started Jillian Michaels body rev. Only my second day, yet I love it! I need to…

You can use a calorie counter. I bought one at WalMart. You wear it when you workout. Tells you how many calories you burn. You can also goggle it. It will give you the formula to use to figure it out. Here is one link :http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc Hope this helps! Andrea

Thank you! You look great!

Thanks. I just need something to tone up. I am in my ideal body weight range, yet on the higher end. Would like to lose 20 lbs to be on the low end. I think if I could at least tone, I might feel better about being on the higher end of my BMI.

Great job! You look wonderful!
