C25k! It is really great... you slowly ease your way into running! It can easily be accommodated too... if you need to stay on a week a little longer you just repeat it until you feel ready to move on. I just finished the program today and it really works :) good luck

A few weeks ago I realized that I wasn't really losing much weight as well. I decided to cut out diet soda totally. It was hard at first but now I don't even crave it anymore. Weight started to come off much easier! I think it makes a huge difference! Keep it up :)

I am doing c25k as well! I am on week 4 now and I can't believe I have made it this far! The program is fantastic and I always feel so accomplished when I finish a day :) Good luck to you :)

I really like the Zumba DVDS... they are pretty good. It comes with a few different ones so you can switch it up every once and awhile and not get bored. I would recommend it! :)
