I see gummy bears in there. That's a fruit.

I'm in Avon and I'm not much of an exercise partner (I'm a stay at home mom of two, my run time is the only alone time I get!), but I like having local peeps on my friend's page to encourage each other to get out in the nice weather or comiserate about the bad. =) Feel free to friend me.

I'm a little late to the party, but I'm in! My goal- 40 miles 10.4 miles down

Did you include your exercise in your activity level while figuring out your TDEE? Then you do not eat them back.

I think you're going to be surprised what you can do come race day! I ran my first 10k yesterday and quickly found a little pack of people that were running a comfortable pace for me and just followed them and tuned everything else out and I finished 10 minutes faster than I had anticipated! Don't psyche yourself out!…

Request sent. =) Running my first 10k tomorrow (if the nerves don't get me first!) and would love some more running friends!

I do TDEE -20% and am in this for the long haul. Feel free to add me!

Great job! You can totally do this. I did my own version of Couch to 5K by picking a route and evenly spaced landmarks to run from and just ran a little farther each time before walking. I started in October and finally ran the whole thing on Valentine's day. Now, I'm upping my distance and am running in my first race…

My husband loves gadgets and is competitive so I got him a Nike Fuel band for Christmas. He loves it! He's like a little kid when he beats his old numbers or when he's ranked higher than his friends. He even vacuums the living room at night so he can gewt more points. It's absolutely win/win.

1) I did it 5x a week. I read in other places that Jillian never meant you to do it with no rest. 2) I wasn't very fit when I started so I had to make further modifications like I couldn't even do a girly push-up so I did them on a table edge. It gets easier the more you do it. 3) Usually for the first few days, I just…

I could use some more mommy friends! I have a two year old boy and a five year old girl who is in part time preschool and will be in kindergarten in the fall. Feel free to add me!

Garlic and herb on top of roasted asparagus. Yum!

Hi! I finished 30DS last week and started Ripped in 30 last night. I'm aiming for five days a week with one long run day and and few shorter runs on Ri30 days. So far, I'm using 8 pound weights for most of it but there are a few things I need to use 5's on.

I'm a SAHM too and I'm at about 2000 a day (sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more.) Feel free to add me!

I've been running (ok, run/walking, I just got up to being able to run 3 miles without stopping) all winter, usually at night. I find about 25 -30 is my favorite temp. But I'm originally from Minnesota and I think ice runs in my veins. =)

I am proud that I signed up for MFP 6 months ago today and haven't looked back!

I have a square of dark chocolate every night once I've finished eating for the day and once I've had my chocolate, I'm done.

You look amazing! Well done!

Nicely put. Thank you for posting.

Stepped on the scale this morning and it said 199-something for a second and then popped up to 202. So close!

Love this thread! Sometimes I feel like the only one eating this much. =) After a quick 10 pound loss and then plateauing at 1600 cal a day, I'm now eating 2000-2200 a day and steadily losing after reading the "in place of a road map" thread. Feel free to add me if you're looking for more friends.

You can add me. =) I'm not new either but could use some more friends.

Are any of the doctors you are seeing an allergist? Because what you are describing sounds a lot like my son having a really bad allergic reaction.

I'm near Indy in Avon. I've been on MFP for a little over 3 months. I could use some more friends if you want to add me.

I like to make it savory with homemade ranch seasoning (Garlic and onion powder, dill, parsley, salt and pepper) and then eat it with celery or carrots or whatever veg.

Hi! I'm the mom to a little boy who just turned two and has had positive skin tests to peanut, egg, beef, garlic, peas, tomatoes and salmon and he is also sensitive to dairy, soy, coconut, avocado and carrots at least. He's also allergic to latex and has seasonal allergies. We're having more testing this week to try and…
