Should I be using a protein powder?

So I need to swap it up and add protein instead of as many carbs... Ok I can do that. Do I need to change anything in my food log settings for that or just find more protein rich foods.

Thefuzz that is so true. If I don't drop my calories down to 1200 but still exercise I should inevitably still see better fitting of my clothes since I would be gaining muscle anyway?

That is true. Since the first week of couch to five k is a minimal calorie burn, what could I do to up the burn? I'd love to be able to work out daily for an hour and burn 500 calories --- but I haven't been able to figure out how to do that yet

I'm starving though. I'm eating around 1400-1500 calories and feel so hungry. I exercise off about 200 calories and not sure how to increase that. I have never been able to lose weight at 1200 even when I was not breastfeeding. Id lose weight once I stopped counting calories.. I assume that's because I assumed I needed to eat too little and calorie counting makes me feel like I need to drop calories.

Well I increased my calories (net) to around 1600-1800 and I gained two pounds in four days. Not sure how that was possible but I'm so down about it... I have lost all motivation.

did you eat the same way as the first week and do as much exercise? I just hope my body is not holding on to the weight because it thinks it needs it for breastfeeding . (I breastfed my son weighing less than this)
