How about good luck and moving on. If you all were such experts, you wouldn't have ended up on MFP in the first place. What works for one may not work for another and if it is supervised by a professional, who are you to judge. If you do not agree, simple move to the next thread. :huh:

Apple cider vinegar helps. You can take it by itself or get the pill form.

I have used Lamictal. It was for bipolar thought, not anxiety. I had Paxil for anxiety. It helped a lot, however it has some side effects and horrible withdrawal symptoms if you ever want to stop taking it. Now I'm using natural herbs like Passionflower, Chamomile, Inositol, and Ginseng.

Thanks everyone. I'm definitely going to continue taking pictures until I reach my goal. Good luck to all of you on reaching yours as well. I'm glad I could be some inspiration. A lot of the people who post their successes have inspired me.

I've tried them at the gym before but not consistently. I want to get one for home to use consistently. I'm going to go ahead and get one and see how it works for me.

Pudding may still be a fail because it's processed?? I think. Not sure. I knew this was going to be hard for me. I already had a piece of cake today at work. I may try limiting my sugar and processed foods rather than eliminating them. Cold turkey doesn't really work for me. Good job on the squats!

I just started doing Zumba again this week. I did 39 mins on Wed and 39 mins yesterday. I do Zumba Wii.

Great. I subscribe to the BWLW website and they sent an email out about being meatless two weeks in July. Since July is almost over and I haven't done it, I may try it in August. It's hard to be meatless in the Summer with cookouts all the time.

This totally makes me want to throw my scale in the trash and only use a tape measure from now on. It's good to know this is normal as I've felt a little down lately, but I have hope. Scales are bad..lol
