About 5 months. Zumba,class and dvd, plus 30DS, and walk at home with leslie sansone dvd.

Before I got my HRM I logged it as circuit training. It was about a 125 calorie difference. I never ate back all my exercise calories so I still lost weight.

Four is a half a gallon (8 glasses) and eight is a gallon. I drink 9 a day!

I started it in February. I do it three days a week but still 10 days for each level. I do other workouts as well. I am finishing up this week. Check out my profile pic and you can see the results. Although it is good to know your BMI. Your body percent fat is a better number. According to my BMI I am obese but I am in a healthy body percent fat range.

You are doing great keep it up. I do the 30DS three times a week. I started in Jan so I will be done early next month and I still see results. I do other excercises thats why I don't do it everyday plus I dont want to overdue it as well. This week I will be level 1 and 2 in the same day three times a week.

SW 306 (08/2012) CW 278.2 GW end of March. 273 35yrs 5'11 My plan is to at least lose 5 pounds the month of March. Instead of including 30DS 3X week into my weekly workout routine. I plan on including 30DS 4X week and I plan to finish 30DS by the end of March. Good Luck everyone

I enter is as circuit training. I am usually dripping with sweat after I am done.

I go to zumba class twice a week. And I love it but I love dancing anyway. My instuctor is pretty good and the music is great. It is a great workout but it what you put in. I try to do the moves high impact if I can. I also do a 20 min zumba rush dvd and I love it as well. Zumba is not the only workout I do. I do JM 30 DS…

Today I had a grill chicken sandwich homemade and I bought some sweet potatoe fries. Only drink water or crystal light now. I could not resist those sweet potatoe fries. Going to zumba for a hour so I don't feel guilty at all. The fries was totally worth it.

To Spin of course! I tried spinning in Miami for the first time and I loved it. The teacher was great and I loved the music she picked. I was so scared of it for years. I live in St. Thomas VI now and I don't think they offer it here. 2 minutes ago

Great job. You look awesome. I also want to say thank you. I checked out the Leslie sansone dvds and I really like them. It is something I can do with my mom. She is 61 years and she stays at home with my 8 month old daughter. We can finally workout together. I just told her and she is very excited.

I am 5 '11" CW 286 (7 1/2 Month postpartum) GW is 215 and HW was 306 when I started MFP i started at 300. I am truly just trying to lose my baby weight. I gained 70 pounds with my baby girl. Yes she was truly worth it but it is time now. Good Luck Everyone!

Greast job! Thank you for the motivation. I got my DVD yesterday so I will be starting today. I am use to the jumping jacks from another workout I have I will be doing zumba also. Keep up the good work. I do see a difference.

I used Gilad's Quick Fit System and I love the workouts. They are short and effective. I used the same system in 2003 after giving birth to my son and I was able to lose the weight. I love working out to Gilad
