My friend did 1200 calories, but she wasn't exercising. when she WAS exercising and eating 1200 calories, the weight wouldnt come off, because it was too much of a deficit. Just her experience. I don't eat that little tho.

I've been doing 7 things: 1. different variations of glute bridge 2. squats 3. deadlifts 4. sumo squats 5. glute kickbacks 6. hill running 7. HIIT for the last two months and I am very very happy with my butt now. wouldnt change it for anything ;)

Hmm what was your diet consisted of? Are you eating enough of greens and proteins? If not already, maybe you should spread your meals to six times a day, and avoid starchy carbs in your last two meals, or 5 hours before going to bed.
