Invest in a good Heart rate monitor, one with a chest strap. It will tell you how much you burn depending on your weight, height, sex. It will also help you keep track and motivate you to lose more. I love my polar FT7, it also records how much of my workout was fat burn.

I like oat milk, i love alpro soya milk light... it is just 22 cals per 100 ml... i use it to make porridge... I cant stand cows milk anymore especially since i found out that most of it contains pus from the udders :P

i have this weird superstition - never buy expensive gym wear! i have one pair of good reebok workout pants and a sports bra... all my tops are dirty and torn... as in the past whenever i've bought new stuff i always ended up stopping working out, losing motivation, being lazy etc...

I do a raw day once a week.. eat how much i want but just fruits and raw salad veg, nuts and dry fruits. It just makes me feel better. hey i have similar goals, i have 5 kg to lose - so around 10 pounds. I record all my meals, my diary is open to all and i believe in working out like a badass and eating like a queen ( all the good heathy stuff that my body will be eternally greatful for) ... oh yeah!

I believe in mixing it up.. a class like yoga or pilates in the middle of the week can be a nice way of adding a holistic edge to your fitness. You still feel like you have done something, your muscles get a nice stretch and you also get to improve your flexibility.
