twisted ankle :(
So i have been exercising everyday for the past couple of weeks. i twisted my ankle at the gym yesterday doing a step class, the area around my ankle is a bit swollen but nothing too bad...anyone know how long i should wait till i can start running again wearing an ankle support? or how else can I work out, is biking ok?
