2 cups cooked lentils in salt and spices of your choice
1 tbl corn flour
1 tbl soya flour
1/2 tbl thai red curry paste
1/2 tbl oyster sauce
1 egg

Preheat oven to 175 deg Celsius

Grind the lentils in a food processor till its a paste. place this in a bowl and add the soya flour, corn flour, egg, thai red curry paste and oyster sauce, mix well.

In a baking tray, on a grease proof paper, make the burger patties, i made around 6. Don't make it too thin or will burn.

Place in the oven for 30 minutes or till crispy outside.

each burger comes to around 110 calories - high in protein!

I had this in the middle of 2 wholemeal thin cut bread slices, instead of cheese i slathered a layer of guacamole spread on top and some ketchup for the added kick.. :)
