My favorite is this:
1 Tortilla
1 TBS PB (or alternative)
Banana
Sprinkle of Dark Chocolate Chips
Spread PB on tortilla, cut up banana and put on along with chocolate chips. Roll up and microwave for 30-45 seconds. Sooooo good!0 -
Going to try this tomorrow0

I'm not a big fan of banana, but I think with chocolate I could like it0

I'm going to try this ! Do you know the fat content by any chance?0

Sounds good. I get 197 cal though. What kind of honey are you using? This is what I put in:
Ingredients Calories Carbs Fat Protein Fiber Calcium
Billy Bee - Honey Bear, 1 Tbsp (21g) 60 17 0 0 0 0
Robin Hood - All-Purpose Flour, 0.07 cup 27 6 0 1 0 0
Cuisine Camino - Organic Cocoa Powder - Pure No Sugar Added, 1 tbs (5g) 20 2 1 2 2 0
Bananas - Raw, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) 90 23 0 1 3 1
197 cal0 -
WOW! Made this with whole wheat flour. Wasn't quite sweet enough for my taste buds, so I added just a teaspoon of sugar, and it tastes like a chocolate-banana brownie! Totally awesome! Thanks! I should probably just use a couple drops more of honey next time instead of the sugar. :-P0

This sounds tasty but I'm not hungry right now (but I will save this for later or the next day.)0

I don't see how this is only 130 cals. A tbsp of honey is 60 cals and an average banana is 100 cals. But it still sounds good.0

Gotta try it!0

I in no way mean to hijack the thread, but figured I'd share this one too:
1 banana
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa.
Blend together, microwave for 3 minutes, gluten free lil cake! If you're low on protein that day, adding 1 scoop of any flavor protein powder (instead of or with the cocoa) works, too! (blend the banana and egg together first, then add the powder. It clumps less that way)
You can get creative with that, too. I made an apple cinnamon vanilla protein cake the other day. It was delicious
(The macros break down to ~ 300 calories, 30g carbs, 6g fat, 33g protein with pure unflavored whey protein isolate, 200 cals 30g /6g /8g without the protein powder)0 -
