I in no way mean to hijack the thread, but figured I'd share this one too:

    1 banana
    1 egg
    1 tbsp cocoa.

Blend together, microwave for 3 minutes, gluten free lil cake! If you're low on protein that day, adding 1 scoop of any flavor protein powder (instead of or with the cocoa) works, too! (blend the banana and egg together first, then add the powder. It clumps less that way)

You can get creative with that, too. I made an apple cinnamon vanilla protein cake the other day. It was delicious :)

(The macros break down to ~ 300 calories, 30g carbs, 6g fat, 33g protein with pure unflavored whey protein isolate, 200 cals 30g /6g /8g without the protein powder)

super easy, super low cal and yummy

    1 banana mashed
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 tablespoon cocoa

add add ingredients mixing one by one and microwave for 1.5 minutes, done!

    130 cals

What about oat flour? I blended oats to make oatmeal pancake flour. Would that work?

reminds me of the yummy 2 ingredient pancakes I saw on this site. 1 mashed banana, 1 egg. Mix. Cook in hot skillet. So sweet I don't even need syrup.

    My favorite is this:

    1 Tortilla
    1 TBS PB (or alternative)
    Banana
    Sprinkle of Dark Chocolate Chips

Spread PB on tortilla, cut up banana and put on along with chocolate chips. Roll up and microwave for 30-45 seconds. Sooooo good! <3

    Mmmm, I must try this!

Maybe it is dependent on the cals in the type of tortilla you use?
