Fun circuit thread!

Hey guys, so i love building my own fun circuits and i m sure many of you do too, so i thought we could have this thread we can post our combinations and ideas.

SO today i'm planning to do this -

For this we will need a 12kg kettlebell(heavier the better yeah!!) , 5kg dumbells, 1 low bounce medicine ball, 1 adjustable stepper.

Farmer high and low - with a 12kg kettlebell in each hand, walk for 1 min at moderate pace. then lift one hand up and walk for 30 seconds. Switch hands and walk for 30 seconds.

Goblet Squat - 12kg kettlebell

Up and down plank

Box side jump

Push press
use the kettlebell, push with one hand for 30 sec and then switch

Ball slam

Single leg squat with corkscrew curl - from jillian michaels.

Dancing crab - from jillian michaels.

Stork stance reverse fly- from jillian michaels.

Plank mogul – jumping from side to side in plank position

Squat jacks - squat position, hands at the side of your head and jump in/out for 1 minute(killer!)
