Workouts?

How often, and what workouts do you do?
I need some new ideas!

    You might need to give some more information. What are your goals, how much time do you want to spend? Indoors or outdoors? How much do you want to spend on equipment and/or exercise DVDs?

    I work out 5-6 days a week, I mix Crossfit with a 5x5 strong lift routine.

    I love the spartacus workout routine - google it, you find it on the men's health website.

    there are also a few versions of the spartacus on trainer josh's site.

    I weight 133-135 right now. My goal's 120-125, or whenever I'm comfortable and feel good about myself.
    I don't mind spending a lot of time on working out. Around 60-90 minutes a day's what I tend to do.
    Preferably indoors, but I wouldn't mind going outside every once in a while.
    I'm not really looking to buy any more equipment, but maybe DVD's. Just nothing too expensive.
