Victoria's Secret VSX sport bras are the best ones I have come across. When I run the girls don't move a bit, and they are very comfortable. They are worth every penney you pay for them. I tried on about 5 different ones there until I found one that was perfect. The sales people are very helpful fitting you and know their…

I had shots in both heels. It hurt like hell but was worth it. I have inserts in my shoes now (doctor recomended) and am running half marathons. Just remember to stretch, slowly add miles to your runs, and no flip flops. They have no support for your feet. Good Luck :)

For me, just running all the time I was not losing much weight at all considering I was staying within my calories. It wasn't until I started taking a day or two off running and doing eliptical, and 3 days a week weight training that my weight started going down. My body was just getting to used to running. I had my hysterectomy about 15 years ago because of fibroids. I still have my ovaries, so right now I am having some hot flashes and night sweats, but I am in my 50's. It was the best thing for my problems and I am glad I did it. No regrets. Good Luck! :)

I eat whatever I want, but in small portions. Anything else is not something I can do the rest of my life. This is not my diet, this is how I am going to live. Most of the time I eat healthy stuff, workout 6 days a week. It's something that works for me. :)

I have the same one and I love it. MFP's calorie burn is way off from my HRM's (my calorie burn is way lower). So I go by my reading when I log, but I still don't eat back all of my exercise calories just to be safe. I thought the chest strap was going to be a pain, but I don't even know it's on. I will definitely get…

Yes, I am doing a half marathon in Feb. It will be my 5th one. It will be a challenge, but it keeps me going during this very cold and long winter.

I had that problem years ago on one foot and was so bad I had surgery. Then recently the other foot became extremely sore and painful so I went to the doctor and he recomended some insoles for my shoes(I have high arches). He said if they didn"t help come back. I got the insoles, they were around 45 dollars but, I thought…

Yes, I ran 6 miles today instead of eating lunch. Going to the in-laws for supper, always a lot to eat there. Also training for half marathon that is next month.

The seasoning I use alot is called "Slap Ya Mama." It has salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic in it. A little goes a long way, and there is no MSG in it.

I also have a Polar FT4 and I love it. I now know how many calories I am burning instead of depending on this website or guessing.
