I just did Day 1 of my 30 Day Shred! So far i love it! It was tough but I never knew how many nearly right pushups I can do! I haven't done jumping jacks in years! Gotta say I hope there is less to jiggle next time---that was crazy!

Same here---In Ohio with just under 100 to lose!

I haven't been logging my foods lately. I was before but I don't want to spend that much time in front of the pc. I was always under my calories anyway. I stay away from processed foods and mayo as much as possible. On occassion I will have a hot dog or macaroni but mostly its all home made fresh stuff. We eat alot of deer…

I have heard of stretching your foot out and tracing the alphabet with your big toe. i have never done it. i usually check sparkpeople.com for exercises and stretches. There are demos for everything. It's a great site! It also does meal plans and all sorts of stuff. Check it out! I had issues getting back to workingout…

Don't let the rain stop you! Or the snow! I keep trudging through the puddles and keep it going! Mother Nature can stop me no more! You can do it!

i can't wait to se my ribs, collar bone and hop bones! I know they are in there but I wish they would take off the comforter!

I have nearly 100 pounds to lose. I have fallen off the wagon many times over the years. Now that I am here I find myself wanting to report all the stuff I eat, no matter how bad and it keeps me in check most days. i struggle with the push for exercise. I need to stop with the excuses and get moving. Come on Spring!

I guess we shouldn't call it a happy meal anymore! Wonder if it is all the fat in the meat that keeps it looking so "great" And it probably didn't mold because there wasn't wny moisture. Any bread left on the counter out in the open is subject to ants before it rots---it gets hard as a rock and light as air really---maybe…

You look fabulous! Keep it going! You will be there in no time!

Thank you. I will try. My husband and kids get those snacks in their lunches. I guess they think they need them. Course not many kids will chose the veggies over the cookie---thankfully I only hit the peanut butter crackers today---after I had peanut butter toast! What is is with the peanut butter?

good idea! I have tried gum, but that made me thirsty. I already drink water all the time, occcasionally a glass of milk unless i get on a tea kick. only have soda about once a month, but it makes me feel bloated so I stick to the sweet tea if I am out. But the toothpaste idea should work---Thank you!

Make it your own challenge to drop more weight. She will lose initially but then she will hit a plateau. Eating like she is will only make it harder to lose at that point. She is still eating the same it just takes her longer. You are doing it the best way I can think of---cheaper too. Your results will be more gratifying…

YOu could try the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's They start with one mile and go to 5 I think. They are low impact and you can modify it to where you are comfortable. Very easy and it's fun, gets you off your butt and gets you moving! I reccommend a variety cuz I get bored easily---check them out from the library first to try…

Weather is never an excuse. Get some of Leslie Sansonne's Walk Away the Pounds--as many miles as you think you can do. they are great! You will sweat! And Yoga is fun with the kids...you get to laughing so hard that it has to be an ab workout! Welcome to the journey, we are all here for support and it really works!

I just read in a book that the scale may not move or may even go up even though you are looking trimmer and things are fitting better. Fat is rather blobby. So a pound of fat is like a pound of jello---it jiggles and goes wherever gravity takes it. A pound of muscle is like a pound of wood (a board) It has one trim shape,…

I always schedule my appointment as early in the morning as i can--then i try not to eat anything till after i get weighed---sometimes that doesn't work well! Tomorrow my appt is at 810 but i get up at 5 to get the kids moving for school---we shall see!

I remeber when I had collar bones! I want to have them again! they were nice! Used to have a cute belly button too---wonder where they ran off to?
-
I tried on my wedding dress around our 10 year anniversary----it didn't fit! I was 7 months pregnant when we got married and now of all things my boobs are too big for the dress! Weird! Here's to hoping it will do up eventually! Kudos on all your hard work!

I love those DVD's! I have become one of her "sisters in sweat" whenever I do these workouts! We can work together on figuring out a goal for december!
-
That is an awesome idea! I hope you can accomplish your goal using this method. I too may have to do this for myself. I love to write and am always making lists and writing down nothingness, so maybe my bables can have a purpose as well! I have tried food journals and that stuff but i never keep it up---maybe this one will…

I will keep everyone posted to see what I can find out and see where my COWS progress or shall i say regress to! Here's to hoping!

I am totally there with you! I moved to Ohio about 3 years ago. I have a few friends but most of them are skinny and the others are afraid of sweat! So yea it's tough. I have an idea--lets start walking and meet in the middle---that has got to shed some pounds. One thing that is working for me is leaving out my workout…
