I want to know which is the way to go? P90X looks like it can really kick butt! So does the Insanity. I want to know from all those who are doing either one or both to help me make the decision of which one to get or to not get either one. Every time I go to the doctor's I am pleasantly surprised that his scale weighs me 4 pounds lighter then my home scale. But I am wondering which weight do I log? Just can't seem to keep the ball rolling...
I get on this really great workout schedule, then something comes along and I figure oh, I will do it tomorrow and BAM! I screw up my good thing!
