Anyone else feeling changes as you progress?

I have noticed lots of changes since I started exercising with consistancy. Not only am I more motivated to workout, I actually look forward to it. I have a few pains and stuff as I move through it but they get less and less each time. I have also noticed that my "grazing" has really slowed! I don't go towards the graham crackers and peanut butter andymore---I go to the fruit! Right now my bananas are really green so I may have to break out the canned pineapples!
I was just wondering if anyone else has felt this change going on in themselves? I feel alot calmer if I get a workout in. Through the weekend I start to get cranky till I get to workout on Monday! Guess I need to add something for the weekend!
